In 2022, we transformed our Management Systems training to be online as well. We did this because companies wanted more flexible training options for their employees. This new online format allows for continuous professional development, adapting to the modern need for lifelong learning.

And that's why it's our job to also contribute to the qualification of everyone who wants to serve someone else well. So, we thought: why not provide online tools that will contribute to everyone's personal and professional development?

Thorough planning and development

The project's development was spearheaded by coordinator Maida Montoto and subject manager SA Thop. They drew extensively from a public pool of skilled resources, and it's anticipated that by its completion, nearly all Praximus PDI employees—along with many of our delegates—will have contributed to the project in some capacity.
